Master rebuild box kit for the 1969-1979 GM TH-350 automatic transmission.
This kit includes the following:
- Transtec overhaul gasket set
- All friction clutch plates
- New fluid filter
- Adjustable vacuum modulator
- Intermediate-overrun band
- Full bushing kit with the wide direct drum bushing
Additionally, you can add the following items:
- Steel plates - *Pictured
- ATSG rebuild manual
- Transgo shift kit or Superior - Fairbanks shift correction kit
- Thrust washer set
- Torrington bearing kit
- Intermediate roller clutch – sprag
- Low-reverse roller clutch sprag
- HD hardened sprag race
- HD torque converter
- Assembly Grease - Lubegard, Life Smart Blend, or Transjel
- Platinum Lubegard - Insider tip: Many shops use this synthetic supplement in every freshly rebuilt transmission to keep them on the road past the warranty.
The Transtec overhaul set comes with every rubber seal, gasket, o-ring, metal clad seals, and Teflon sealing rings that you'll need to complete your rebuild
The kit works with all GM, GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac
Remember to soak all of your clutches in transmission fluid for thirty minutes before you install them.
This transmission is part of the Turbo-Hydramatic series and also know by: TH350, TH-350, THM350, THM-350, M33, M38, M39

Good stuff
Very pleased with this kit. Came with everything I needed. Clutches were tan Borg Warner (which work excellent). Shipping was quick.

Best kit I've ever used
This kit and the TH400 kit I bought from OPT recently are by far the best quality I've ever used. I've bought 2 kits from OPT this year and received them to Puyallup, Wash UPS the next day. Great quality, pricing and customer service as well.

overall experience
Bought a couple of TH350 kits plus shift kits for couple of transmissions I was working on. No problem with any parts but getting ahold of someone to answer a fitment question seems to be impossible. Didn't return any calls or respond to email. Same we are too busy, call back later/leave a message no matter what time I called. Like to keep getting parts from them as they as close enough for one day shipping(and parts are good and prices competitive) but the seemingly lack of support is a problem.

TH350 kit
I have purchased cheaper kits, but this one for sure has more parts. The last one I bought from another location didn't have the band and full bushing kit. Didn't use all of the bushings, but replaced all of the ones that were needed. Used half or more. Also, these are high quality clutches. I will definitely be back.
