I was more than satisfied with the customer service via e mail that I received. I had accidentally made the same purchase more than once, they had notified me that they thought something was off so they refunded me before I could even explain my situation, which was like a ton of bricks being lifted off me back. It all worked great except the filter.
I bought to rebuild my B4RA Transmission. Everything worked great till I got to the Filter. The mounting bracket was no the same. I had to call a local autoparts store over the weekend and got lucky they had the right one so I could finish. Set me back another $23 bucks and some time. Not sure why the wrong filter is in a kit that calls out my exact transmission. I'd verify the filter is correct before ordering.
Please let us know if you ever have any issues. We will gladly priority any missing or wrong parts to you. On this particular kit, be very sure of your year. The difference between the early and late kits is the filter.
