This OEM quality fluid filter is made by Filtran and the same as all the big shops use for fluid services in Allison applications.
The Allison LCT-1000 transmission was found in the heavier GM, Chevy, and GMC truck models from 2001-up with the 6.6L Duramax diesel or the 8.1L gas engine. These transmissions are also found in the larger Isuzu trucks with the 7.8L Diesel. The T-1000 Allison was in the 8.1L GM trucks as an option. The Allison can be identified by its external fluid filter.
